Job summary

CelLink Corporation in San Carlos, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP within our manufacturing operations. You will ensure accuracy through AP-to-GL reconciliations, vendor statement reviews, and discrepancy resolution, while supporting inventory counts on the shop floor.

The role requires 2+ years of AP or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (SYSPRO preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Strong foundation in debits/credits, GL impacts, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems, SYSPRO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Three-Way Matching: review, code, and reconcile invoices against POs and receiving logs.
• Apply knowledge of debits/credits and accruals to code expenses to the GL.
• Perform routine vendor statement reconciliations and ensure sub-ledger alignment with AP GL.
• Investigate and resolve billing variances, price discrepancies, and quantity mismatches.
• Physically participate in cycle counts and inventory audit support on the production floor.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to optimize receiving-to-payment cycles.
