Job summary

The role processes invoices, communicates with team and vendors, adheres to procedures, and supports audits. A high school diploma and one year AP experience are required, with attention to detail and basic data entry skills.

Qualifications

• One year of Accounts Payable experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and data entry.
• Familiarity with payables software and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in the computer system.
• Open mail daily if needed.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, clients regarding purchases.
• Conform with regulations, policies, procedures and instructions.
• Complete filing of retained documents daily and follow retention policy.
• Participate in internal or third-party audits.
• Follow company guidelines on behavior, loss prevention and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by controller or corporate representative.
