Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with creditor terms and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes payments and controls expenses by processing invoices.
• Reconciles invoices and verifies entries against system reports.
• Pays vendors, monitors discounts, and resolves discrepancies.
• Verifies vendor accounts and reconciles monthly statements.
• Performs weekly Service Now audits to ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintains vendor records and reports sales taxes on invoices.
• Protects confidentiality and supports related accounting tasks.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
