Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor record maintenance. You will assist with account reconciliations and provide strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in OCR/automation and ERP data entry is essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of AP experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP experience, and familiarity with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SAP experience; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices using OCR and AP automation systems to validate pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts and resolve discrepancies with purchasing, logistics, and business partners.
• Enter and maintain invoice information within the ERP system as needed; route invoices for coding and approval through automated workflow systems.
