Alsco Uniforms is seeking anAccounts Payable Clerk to support the Office Manager by processing vendor invoices in line with company policy and payment terms. The role involves daily financial transactions to maintain accurate records and timely payments.

The position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with management and vendors to resolve discrepancies and contribute to monthly closings.

Qualifications

• Proficient with 10 key machines, MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail oriented.
• Experience in collections and data entry understood in business operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices and process per payment terms.
• Follow up on billing statements to ensure timely payment.
• Reconcile invoices and supplier statements.
• Provide status updates to management on payments and reports.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Communicate with vendors to arrange delinquent payments.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.
