Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues or concerns.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
