Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree, preferably in business field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Knowledge of accounts payable software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review AP invoices for proper approval and route for required approvals.
• Analyze, understand, and pay invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain and provide financial records to other departments when needed.
• Verify vendor invoices and data entry into AP software.
• Prepare checks and ACH payments; handle wire signer duties as needed.
• Respond to vendor and staff inquiries promptly and accurately.
