Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 0–4 years accounts payable experience.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Knowledge of general accounting policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Codes non-purchase order invoices and check requests to appropriate GL accounts with approvals.
• Reviews employee expense reports for appropriateness and updates for payment.
• Reviews invoices for billing, freight, and sales tax.
• Compares invoices to purchase orders and payment terms.
• Prepares checks, ACH payments, and wires for processing.
• Ensures timely and accurate payments per policies.
• Interacts with purchasing to resolve invoice issues.
• Establishes and maintains vendor relationships.
• Maintains aging and un-invoiced receipts reports.
• Follows EBARA safety policies and keeps a clean work environment.
