Responsibilities

• Process paper merchandise invoices and assist in payment disbursement.
• Verify coding and prepare for data entry, send for approvals as needed.
• Enter and audit miscellaneous merchandise invoices for payment, prep invoices for imaging.
• Enter invoices in the Lawson system and prep for imaging.
• Balance monthly merchandise statements and ensure vendors are in good standing.
• Assist with cash disbursements process and mail checks after they are generated.
• Assist stores, corporate departments and vendors with accounting issues.
