Responsibilities

• Process paper invoices and assist in payment disbursement.
• Enter and audit merchandise invoices for payment; prepare for imaging.
• Balance monthly merchandise statements.
• Assist with cash disbursements process and mail checks.
• Utilize spreadsheets and run queries for reconciliation.
• Assist stores, corporate departments and vendors with accounting issues.
• Work with Lawson 3-way match for data entry and imaging.
