O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an accounts payable professional to process invoices and coordinate payments in a fast-paced environment. You will verify coding, support data entry, and help with month-end closings and reconciliations.

The role involves collaboration with vendors, store managers, and corporate departments to resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely payments, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Required: Excellent work ethic and customer service skills.
• Some background knowledge in accounts payable and with Excel.
• Strong typing skills.
• Excellent 10-key calculator by touch.

Responsibilities

• Process daily departmental mail and send out for approvals. Verify coding and prepare for data entry.
• Enter and verify expense invoices for payment.
• Balance monthly expense statements.
• Assist with the Cash Disbursement process.
• Mail checks out after they are generated.
• Populate simple spreadsheets for account reconciliation.
• Run pre-written queries to assist in account reconciliation and research.
• Provide general phone coverage for the department.
