Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on PO-based invoice processing.
• 2-way and/or 3-way invoice matching against purchase orders.
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, and goods receipts.
• Experience using Workday Financials for Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, process, and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and within established timelines.
• Process PO-based and non-PO invoices, including matching invoices against purchase orders.
• Perform weekly corporate credit card reconciliations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding invoice processing and payment status.
• Prepare, maintain, and update accounts payable reports.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Accounts Payable team.
