Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and general accounting support.

Responsibilities

• Run the accounts payable process: invoice coding, data entry, check processing, and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure contract compliance by obtaining approvals and updating records.
• Administer credit card program: issue/cancel cards, reconcile, and pay monthly bills.
• Manage expense reporting: train users, approve/pay, import activity.
• Maintain vendor documentation and 1099s, collect W-9s, prepare year-end forms.
• Maintain fixed assets register and post monthly journal entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support budget-to-actual reporting.
• Be primary contact for administrative expense questions and budgeting support.
