Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred; OCR/automatic workflow experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming vendor invoices and route for payment with high accuracy.
• Audit PO and non-PO invoices; resolve discrepancies and questions with vendors.
• Review aged items and ensure timely approvals to meet payment terms.
• Communicate with vendors to answer inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Perform manual adjusting entries as needed.
• Maintain customer service standards and documentation.
