The position is day/onsite with an optional one remote day. The ideal candidate will handle payables packages, code invoices, and manage vendor inquiries, while ensuring timely SAP entry and discount capture.

Qualifikationen

• Requires accounting education or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with accounts payable processes.
• Experience with SAP and invoice coding and approval workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor inquiries and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Prepare payables package with invoice, receiver, and PO.
• Code invoices with GL codes and ensure proper authorization.
• Research and secure backup for payments.
• Enter data into SAP timely to avoid late payments and preserve discounts.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve past due notices.
• Process international affiliate A/P.
• Provide backup for invoicing and other accounting tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed.
