SEW-EURODRIVE - USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Dallas for day shift on-site with one optional remote day. The role requires an accounting certification or associate's degree, or at least three years of accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare payables package with invoice, receiver, and PO.
• Code invoices with GL codes and obtain proper authorization.
• Gather documentation to support payment justification.
• Enter data into SAP promptly to prevent late payments and secure discounts.
• Answer vendor inquiries and past due notices.
• Process international affiliate A/P.
• Provide backup for invoicing, AIR, and other accounting/admin functions.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Currently this position involves office tasks, most related to accounts payable for Dallas Assembly. Education: Accounting certification or associate's degree in accounting, or minimum three years accounting experience. Pay rate: $26.76 per hour. Shift: Day/onsite with one optional one day remote.

• Prepare payables package, including invoice, receiver and purchase order.
• Code the invoice using proper general ledger code and assure proper authorization.
• Research as needed to secure proper documentation as backup for payment justification.
• Input data into SAP in a timely manner, so that late payments do not occur and discounts are taken.
• Answer vendor inquiries and research past due notices.
• Process international affiliate A/P.
• Provide backup for invoicing, AIR, and various other accounting and administrative functions as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested.
