Sew-Eurodrive’s Dallas Assembly is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for day-shift, onsite with an option for one remote day. Qualifications

• Accounting certification or associate's degree in accounting, or minimum three years accounting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and general ledger coding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payables package with invoice, receiver and purchase order.
• Code the invoice using proper GL codes and ensure proper authorization.
• Research as needed to secure proper documentation as backup for payment justification.
• Input data into SAP in a timely manner to avoid late payments and to take discounts.
• Answer vendor inquiries and research past due notices.
• Process payments for international affiliate AP.
• Provide backup for invoicing, AIR, and other accounting/administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed.
