Veritas Veterinary Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our high-performing Accounting team. You will report to the AP/Treasury Manager and help maintain the integrity and efficiency of our payables process.

Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, reconciling statements, and assisting with month-end close and process improvements. Aiming for accuracy, you will work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment with a focus

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.
• High-volume data entry proficiency with strong Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements in a high-volume environment.
• Ensure accurate account coding, resolve discrepancies, and prepare vendor payments.
• Support month-end close and assist with process improvement initiatives.
