Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk at our premier organization in Markle, IN. The role pays $22.00 per hour on the 1st shift, with weekly pay options and a safe, professional, inclusive environment designed to strengthen accounting and finance skills.

You will process invoices, reconcile records, communicate with vendors, and assist with month-end close while supporting the finance team under the AP Supervisor. A high school diploma is required, with accounting education a plus.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Are proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Have strong communication skills and can work independently or as part of a team.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing and verifying invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records.
• Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
• Supporting the finance team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager.
