Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable experience required.
• Experience processing invoices in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation.
• Enter invoice information into the accounting system and maintain accurate records.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly.
• Maintain vendor files and update vendor information as needed.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts payable reporting.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing and payment questions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
