Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge and accrual concepts.
• Ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and apply credits.
• Strong data entry and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve problem invoices for payment and correct discrepancies.
• Process debits and credits and research vendor credits.
• Maintain vendor data and respond to credit holds with A/P Manager.
• Ensure timely payments and take discounts when prudent.
