Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Team oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all AP invoicing for PO and non-PO invoices.
• Review and disseminate incoming AP mail (hard copy or electronic).
• Process two- and three-way PO match invoices and upload files.
• Liaise with suppliers on invoices, credits, and payments.
• Review monthly accruals for unprocessed invoices.
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements and follow up as needed.
• Cross train and back up other AP Representatives.
