Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in accounting in a professional setting, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Alphabetize, code and enter invoices and credits into EBS system.
• Prepare weekly payment reports and checks for invoices due.
• Upload transaction data into sales tax software and reconcile tax accounts.
• Enter new vendors into EBS system and maintain vendor files.
• Communicate with vendors and internal managers to resolve billing issues.
• Audit expense reports for policy compliance and reconcile receivables monthly.
• Record incoming payments and perform additional management-assigned tasks.
