Viking Electric in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and expense reporting. You will support vendor communications, reconcile statements, and help maintain AP documentation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Manage automated and manual AP workflows and support process improvements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate vendor account setup and maintenance with Shared Services.
• Support emergency payment requests and maintain AP documentation and records.
