You will work with Shared Services to reconcile statements, maintain vendor accounts, and support emergency payment requests while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. Full benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Manage automated and manual AP workflows and support process improvements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate vendor account setup and maintenance with Shared Services.
• Support emergency payment requests and maintain AP documentation and records.
