Base pay varies by experience and location, with a $1000 target short-term incentive bonus. You will manage AP workflows, reconcile statements, and support vendor setup with Shared Services while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Manage automated and manual AP workflows and support process improvements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate vendor account setup and maintenance with Shared Services.
• Support emergency payment requests and maintain AP documentation and records.
