You will manage invoice processing, reconcile accounts, and maintain vendor records while communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and verifies invoices, check requisitions, and expense reports; enters them into the ERP system.
• Reconciles accounts payable transactions and maintains vendor records.
• Prepares and performs daily check runs (backup function).
• Prepares analysis of vendor accounts upon request and monitors payments to ensure up-to-date status.
• Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and issues with vendors and internal staff.
• Corresponds with vendors and associates; responds to inquiries and maintains W-9 files.
