Responsibilities

• Reviews and verifies invoices and expense reports and enters them into the ERP system.
• Reconciles accounts payable transactions and prepares daily check runs (backup).
• Maintains vendor files and responds to vendor inquiries.
• Ensures timely payments and monitors open purchase orders.
• Supports 1099 reporting and assists with month-end close.
