Savage is seeking an Accounts Payable Support professional in Midvale, UT to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, verify authorizations, and assist with check runs while maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy office.

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional work experience in accounts payable or related finance role.
• Strong computer proficiency with Windows File Explorer and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and operate across multiple screens.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
• Review invoices for proper authorization.
• Assist in check runs, matching, and filing supporting documents.
• Contribute to development of efficient business processes.
• Manage AP email and AP-related mail; respond to vendor inquiries.
• Uphold company policies and procedures; support special projects.
