Job summary

Dough Zone Restaurant Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the complete AP cycle, including vendor records, invoice processing, and payments. The role supports month-end close, 1099 reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a BA in Accounting or equivalent AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In-person position with competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent of at least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to accuracy and details.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management: review, verify, code, and process invoices.
• Payment processing: prepare and process weekly pay runs.
• Vendor management: maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Reconciliation and reporting: perform month-end/year-end AP reconciliations and support audits.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and laws; maintain data confidentiality.
