Job summary

Left Lane Auto, a fast-growing multi-brand auto service platform, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance team in Champaign, IL. You will manage high-volume vendor invoices, ensure accurate approvals and coding, and support payments across multiple brands and locations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to maintain strong controls, reconcile statements, and assist with month-end close and audits. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a multi-location environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and best practices.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software; multi-entity experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices across multiple entities and locations.
• Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and documentation before payment.
• Prepare and process weekly pay runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams on payment status and inquiries.
• Maintain organized AP records and assist with month-end close and audits.
