Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting or minimum 3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with government contracts and familiarity with Uniform Guidance regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor invoices and verify monthly DHS program invoices.
• Perform data entry for payments and maintain accounts payable records.
• Maintain vendor information and prepare weekly check requests.
• Assist with audit preparations and grant reconciliations.
