Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting or 3+ years accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with government contracts and familiarity with Uniform Guidance preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint for reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor invoices and perform accounts payable tasks.
• Enter and verify monthly program invoices from DHS contractors.
• Track spending and prepare reports for multiple projects.
• Maintain vendor information in AP system and support audits.
