Job summary

Allen Control Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Austin, TX. You will manage full-cycle, high-volume AP processing for vendor invoices and support production operations behind our autonomous systems.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, proficiency in NetSuite (or Odoo) and Ramp, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-site in Austin with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume, full-cycle AP experience in manufacturing/hardware environments.
• Experience with 3-way matching and PO-based invoicing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite/Odoo) and spend platforms (Ramp).
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and accrual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process 150+ AP invoices per week (PO/Non-PO) in NetSuite.
• Perform 3-way matching and code invoices to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Manage corporate card spending and employee reimbursements; process weekly payment proposals (ACH/wires).
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies and inquiries; support month-end close and AP accruals.
