Job summary

MTI America is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on processing, posting, and reconciling invoices, maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring timely payments in line with company policies.

You will review supporting documents, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with the finance team to keep accurate financial records. Previous NetSuite and medical billing knowledge are preferred, with 1–3 years AP experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in excel spreadsheets.
• 1-3 years in Accounts Payable experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Medical billing knowledge.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, post, and maintain accounts payables.
• Effectively resolve exceptions and denials.
• Perform detailed reviews/audits of all documentation supporting payments to be processed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that invoices are data-entered into system with correct payor entity and due dates.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries from providers via email and phone.
• Record invoices for procedures and billing codes; generate and reconcile checks.
