Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting with heavy transaction volume.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify, reconcile and process invoices and credit memos for payment.
• Resolve discrepancies with store managers and track outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement to schedule and process payments within terms.
• Communicate with vendors on invoicing and payment queries and maintain files.
