Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least five years of accounts payable, bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Experience processing invoices in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and standard office applications.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential vendors, banking and financial information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness and proper entity information.
• Match invoices to purchase orders/receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor accounts, respond to inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Assist with payment processing (ACH, checks, wires) and remittance details.
• Support month-end close and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation, policies and audit-ready schedules.
• Uphold internal controls and cross-functional collaboration.
