SERVPRO Team Jones is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to manage vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, expense processing, and financial recordkeeping in a fast-paced restoration and construction environment.

This role focuses on timely payments, accurate coding, reconciliation of statements, and collaboration with project managers and office staff to support project costing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing vendor invoices and payments.
• Knowledge of general ledger coding and month-end close processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate vendor records and W-9s where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for approvals, coding, and documentation.
• Match POs, receipts, and invoices; prepare payments.
• Maintain vendor payment schedules and respond to inquiries.
