• Experience processing up to 300 invoices monthly.
• Ability to scrutinize invoices to spot discrepancies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Audit support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing up to 300 invoices monthly.
• Perform vendor reconciliations at month end.
• Resolve discrepancies on invoices with coding/obtaining approvals.
• Provide supporting documentation for annual audit.
• General Ledger support.
