You will process purchase orders and payments, research invoicing discrepancies, issue 1099s, and maintain accurate files while performing additional tasks as assigned. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AP experience from PO to payment processing.
• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting work experience.
• Knowledge of 1099 processing and general ledger concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and confidentiality.
