Qualifications

• Experience with purchase orders, receiving processes, and three-way matching.
• Familiarity with 1099 reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices with three-way matching.
• Research and resolve discrepancies with sound judgement.
• Prepare AP payments by check, ACH, and other methods.
• Assist with vendor tax information and 1099 reporting.
• Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding items.
• Follow internal controls related to accounts payable and cash disbursements.
• Protect confidential financial and vendor information.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and coworkers.
• Back up AR posting responsibilities.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties.
