Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in accounts payable or equivalent experience.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for accounts payable invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Process and reconcile invoices and related payments and maintain GL accuracy.
• Answer internal/external inquiries by email/phone in a timely manner.
• Support audits and prepare necessary documentation.
