Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, code/allocate, and route vendor AP invoices in ERP system.
• Match invoices to purchase orders; reconcile invoices to billing statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoices into the system and verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statement reports, including receipts and coding for posting to GL.
