Ebs Recruiters LLC seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume AP tasks across a multi-location environment. You will process invoices, ensure approvals, and manage vendor payments while maintaining records and responding to inquiries.

The role requires 2+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite. Retail experience is a plus and collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• High-volume, multi-location environment experience preferred.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Review, code, and process invoices and credits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify invoice information and ensure proper approvals prior to payment.
• Process vendor payments through ACH, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox and prioritize requests.
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies.
• Review vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor setup documentation (W-9s).
• Maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Provide responsive customer service to vendors and internal departments.
• Support additional accounting and finance projects as needed.
