Job summary

Premiere Book Group seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to manage day-to-day AP operations in a fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce environment.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role processes vendor invoices, coordinates payments, and maintains accurate vendor records to ensure timely, accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience with accounting systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Stampli experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and accurately record vendor invoices in Stampli and NetSuite.
• Verify invoice details, payment terms, and appropriate expense coding.
• Support the priority list of weekly vendor payments and flag urgent invoices.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and banking information.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Manage consignment vendor settlements and payouts based on terms and sales activity.
