Qualifications

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to follow company handbook and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with ERP systems and vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Enter invoice data accurately and timely.
• Process a high volume of purchase orders and related invoices.
• Maintain organized records for approved and vouchered invoices.
• Prepare vendor aging and payment reports.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and tax identification validations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
