Job summary

Artisan Design Group, LLC (ADG) is a Lowe’s company providing interior finishings and installation services to homebuilders and property management clients. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage invoices, coding, approvals, and timely payments in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 3+ years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Sage 100 or Infor M3 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Payables email and vendor records.
• Process a high volume of invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Verify approvals and coding on invoices and expense reports.
• Process payments for A/P invoices via check or ACH.
• Reconcile bank statements daily and vendor statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable where functions overlap.
