Mile-Bluff-Medical-Center- is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage all accounts payable transactions and support accounts receivable tasks in a busy healthcare finance team. The role requires strong Excel skills and meticulous financial accuracy, with a focus on timely payments and clear communication with vendors.

Full-time position, 80 hours per pay period, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, located in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience working in the medical industry preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform account payable transactions.
• Process checks, virtual credit cards, and ACH payments.
• Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment.
• Research and resolve outstanding checks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
