Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 2+ years of AP experience (including full cycle)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of checks
• Allocate invoices to construction projects and cost codes
• Ensure transactions comply with CFO policies
• Communicate with vendors on payments
