Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in data processing or 1+ year with full cycle accounts payable responsibilities.
• Previous construction admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for invoices, payments, and tax reporting.
• Process a high volume of invoices for payment daily with accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of checks.
• Prepare month-end accrual entries and other postings as needed.
• Manage lien administration, including notices, waivers, and releases.
• Allocate invoices to construction projects, cost codes, and job numbers.
• Verify transactions comply with CFO policies and procedures.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments.
• Other accounting duties as requested.
